To engage your peers, you need to successfully demonstrate the three C’s of teamwork…collaboration, communication, and cooperation.  In Engaging Your Followers, students will reap the benefits of being flexible, learn how to balance speaking and listening, practice mindfulness to replace habits, and understand the ingredients to creating an honest, open and inclusive communication environment.

By embracing different perspectives and recognizing a newfound ability to shift mindsets, program graduates are now set to improve relationship dynamics, foster approachability, build trust, and engage peers and adults with confidence.

This interactive program focuses on relationship-building through emotional intelligence, problem-solving, using a growth mindset as a driver for growth, resiliency and tools to communicate more effectively.
